**Metrics** shows how your organisation uses Tilt Base over the last 7, 30 or 90 days: how many times skills and files were retrieved, by how many members, which skills were used most, and each day's activity. A retrieval shows that an AI fetched a skill. It does not by itself show that the work was completed. With each retrieval, Tilt Base records which version of your plugin and of Tilt's skills it served, so a plugin's **Versions** and **Activity** show what members' AI actually used.
## Matters
When your members' AI uses a skill, it records which matter the work is for: the case, investigation, bill or project. **Matters** on the Metrics page lists the matters recorded in the period, most recent first, with the other names each has been called, how many times a skill was retrieved for it, by how many members, and which skills were used. It also shows how many skill retrievals recorded no matter.
Nobody needs to report usage by hand. The AI names the matter from the request, tells the member what it recorded, and matches related work to the same matter even when it is described differently. Matter names are visible only to your organisation's administrators and Tilt Legal.
## Your agreement
The Matters card also shows your organisation's agreement with Tilt Legal. An unlimited agreement covers any number of matters; a casual agreement covers one. The agreement is for reporting only: Tilt Base never stops anyone from working because of it. If your needs change, contact [support@tilt.legal](mailto:support@tilt.legal).
