In ChatGPT, the Tilt Base connection comes with your organisation's plugin, which a workspace administrator uploads. Plugins that include a connector, such as Tilt Base, currently run in the ChatGPT desktop app.
## Add Tilt Base to your workspace
A workspace administrator does this once for each of your organisation's plugins.
1. In Tilt Base, open **Plugins**, select **Download** on the plugin and choose **ChatGPT**. To get every published plugin at once, select **Download all** and choose **ChatGPT**; the ZIP holds one upload ZIP for each plugin.
2. In ChatGPT, open the **Admin console** and select your workspace.
3. Open **Plugins** and select **Add › Upload plugin**, then choose the plugin's ZIP. Upload each plugin separately.
For a newer version, open the plugin and select **Upload new version**. You need to upload again only when your organisation adds, removes or renames skills; every other change reaches members through Tilt Base as soon as it is published.

	**Renaming a plugin makes a new one.** ChatGPT recognises a plugin by its address, which follows the plugin's name in Tilt Base. After a rename, remove the old plugin from ChatGPT and upload the new download.

## Connect your account
Each member does this once, after the plugin has been uploaded.
1. Open the ChatGPT desktop app.
2. Ask for the work, or name Tilt Base. The first time ChatGPT uses Tilt Base, it asks you to connect.
3. Sign in with the Microsoft account or email address your organisation set up for you, choose your organisation if you belong to more than one, and select **Allow**.

## Use Tilt Base in a conversation
- Ask for the work as you normally would. With the plugin installed, ChatGPT can start a skill on its own when your request matches it.
- You can also name Tilt Base, for example "Which Tilt Base skills can I use?"
- For work that produces Word documents or runs scripts, use ChatGPT Work.
## Troubleshooting
- **Tilt Base is not available on the web or mobile.** Plugins that include a connector currently run only in the ChatGPT desktop app.
- **Members cannot see Tilt Base.** A workspace administrator must first upload at least one of your organisation's plugins.
- **A skill is missing.** Check that your organisation has published it in Tilt Base. A skill added since the last upload works when you name it, and ChatGPT starts it on its own once the new download is uploaded.
